Please order by the package, not the unit. For example, order 10 packs of plates when there is 100 plates needed. (This example assumes 10 plates per pack).

We intend to ship your order the same day if the item is in stock.
We do not ship refrigerated items on Friday, unless Saturday delivery is required. Please let us know if Saturday delivery is required.
Pricing and Terms
General Laboratory Products takes pride in holding customers pricing for the year. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Each shipment is followed by an invoice mailed to the Bill To address.
General Laboratory Products offers standing order discounts and volume order discounts. Please call for special pricing.
Our terms are "net 30 days" from invoice date. We reserve the right to change credit terms at any time. Any amount due after 30 days is subject to a late charge of 1.5% per month, and your next order being held. Please call (630) 553-6000 if you you have any credit questions or requests. General Laboratory Products is entitled to recover all costs and expenses if an outside source is used to collect funds.
Shipping & Returns
All shipping is prepaid and add unless other arrangements are made. This means General Laboratory Products pays the freight and the freight is added on the invoice.
Please note damage on freight bill if the product or products is received damaged, and please keep all paperwork until the damage claim is filed. When there is no written documentation that the delivery was damaged the carrier's believe that is evidence that the shipemnt was received in good condition. Please notify General Laboratory products as soon possible when a product is delivered damaged. General Laboratory Products will make a claim as soon as possible, and we will do whatever it takes to satisfy our customers.
