We pack each order with a Certificate of Analysis. GLP ships Ground, 3 Day Select, Second Day Air, Second Day Air A.M.,Next Day Air, Next Day Air A.M. General Laboratory products might require your Account # for shipping Next Day Air or Next Day Air Early A.M. delivery. Please let us know the timeframe you would like to receive your order. GLP encourages standing orders to help keep the product costs and shipping costs lower than our competition. Large orders are packed on pallets to keep the product safer and keep the shipping cost to a minimum for our customers. Please let us know if your facility can receive pallet shipments. When the order is received please verify the packaging or contents of the order upon receipt. RETURN POLICY Please do not return any product until you have spoken to a memeber of General Laboratory Products. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Prepared Media is perishable and non-returnable, unless product is defective. If the product is defective at your location please notify General Laboratory Products. General Laboratory Products will check the retain samples and make sure the product or products conform to the Quality Conttrol ploicy. If the products conform to the quality control policy then we will ask for a sample to be sent to General Laboratory Products.
